What type of banner can I order?
You can have you banner made in any of the following:

• Pull Up Banner
• PVC Banner
• X Banner

Banner design

What is the required image resolution for design?
You can send us the design file such as Adobe file.
Else, you can send us the JPEG file with the highest image resolution you have.  

Ordering, payment and security

How many banner must I order as a minimum?
Your minimum order is 1 banner. 

How do I submit my design for printing?
You can send your design file to enquiry@singaporebanner.com along with your order details.

We can work with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw & EPS files. 

How long does printing take?
Printed orders generally take 3 to 5 business days production time.

How do I order?

1. Visit the "home" section of our website and "click add to cart".
2. Send us email to enquiry@singaporebanner.com by selecting the size of banner and quantity of card you would like to order. 
3. Upload your card's design
4. Send us the email

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal as payment options. You can also drop us a cheque or mail the cheque directly to our mailing address. 

Returns policy

What if I’m unhappy with my order and want to return it?
All sales are final. However, If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us with the details and we will make arrangements to replace your order on a per case basis:
If there are any errors or misprints on your cards due to our fault we will reprint and resend them to you at no charge. 
If the error is in the original graphic you submitted with your order we will work with you to reprint the cards however we will need to charge for the additional work, materials and shipping.
